I understand that you are experiencing difficulty uninstalling the application from your Confluence, and I realize that this must be frustrating for you. Please note that this is not typical behavior for our application.
We have reported this issue to Atlassian, and they have acknowledged it. Atlassian's internal team is currently working on a solution, and I have just followed up with them. You have been CCed in the support ticket for your reference.
Since this issue is beyond our control, I kindly request that you consider reevaluating your rating once the problem has been resolved. In the meantime, you might want to try upgrading to the latest version of our application. While this update is not specifically designed to address the uninstall issue, it might still help in resolving it. As mentioned earlier, we have no control over this particular problem.
