Great app to visualize issue relationship. Awesome support team, taking care even on free apps! Had an issue with getting an error message instead of the link view. Support team was very responsible and fixed the issue immediately.

Great app, however, the issue search works unreliably, it can't find an existing issue, however after a few page refreshes it suddenly finds it

Performance was affected severely. The biggest feature I missed, was the fact that the plugin does not have a gadget for a dashboard, to show filter based hierarchy.

This Add-On degraded the Jira performance, almost killed our Jira instance but it is very useful. Please improve the add-on performance. Thanks, Rajesh

Performance took a nose-dive after installing this plugin. It seems to not have any sort so query safety checking, so any queries that may return a lot of results can cause issues.... That said, it does look quite nice
