- Cost and billing reports: switch Reports to Costs to see cost and price by person or project, with totals. Export what you see to Excel or CSV.
- Roles and permissions: Admins manage rates, costs, and other Admins. Regular users can't see rates or costs.
- Time reporting: hours by person, project, and date, JQL filters, click-through to worklogs, and time logging in the app.
- Resource planning: allocation vs time spent, so over-allocation shows early.
