    This is the first version of the addon.

    The addon adds new fields and stats in the customer portal. The fields are: Technician (a.k.a. assignee), Time Spent (time logged into the issue) and Who's Viewing (list of people who visited the ticket within the last 10 minutes.

    Update 2018-12-01: Addon now also shows "Remaining Estimate" field, as per customer request.

    It would be really good if you can add original estimate, since we estimate the task that client provides and only once client approvers we start the work. Any docs on how do i use the plugin?

    Is there any option to edit it for my jira instance? Is there an chance to add Estimate Time? Thank you for adding "Remaining Estimate", this is very helpful. It would be great to add the field Original Estimate, so that the users can see complete Time tracking (Original Estimate and Remaining Estimate). Your plugin is one of my favorites.

    It is possible but I would like to keep it simple (and not disturb existing customers who might consider it as 'too much info') - I believe overall estimate is more for technicians rather than customers. Overall Estimate can already be obtained by summing time spent and remaining estimate.Regards,Eren

    Great app and nice support. Helps to see who handle our tickets and how much time they spent. Especially time spent display is very helpful for us.

    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new apps or Find new add-ons screen loads.
    3. Locate Issue Details for Jira Service Desk.
    4. Click Install to download and install your app.
    5. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
