Shows additional fields and stats in the customer portal such as assignee, time spent and who's viewing the page
This is the first version of the addon.
The addon adds new fields and stats in the customer portal. The fields are: Technician (a.k.a. assignee), Time Spent (time logged into the issue) and Who's Viewing (list of people who visited the ticket within the last 10 minutes.
Update 2018-12-01: Addon now also shows "Remaining Estimate" field, as per customer request.

- Read data from the host application
Assignee (as Technician), Time Spent and Who's Viewing (list of people visited the ticket within the last 10 minutes).
