Customer View

Create your own report

  • select which request fields to see in the report (choose from all fields that the service desk administrator has allowed)
  • filter the results by request fields
  • advanced search for requests
  • reorder columns
  • sort results by column
  • export Service Desk requests details to Excel or CSV file
