Great plugin, does the job well and is easily configurable to your own needs. The Support/Dev team is very responsive and implements feature requests fast and reliable. The new feature to exclude user groups from the script is super helpful instead of listing every user separately. The fact that you can run this automatically makes it even more useful as you can simply set it up once and the cleanup happens automatically. It also has the feature to run a report on the users rather than just disabling them. This allows you to have an overview first to make the right decision.

Very handy app to automatically inactivate users. Useful for both security and licensing purposes. Also very gracious support + dev team.

Nice - the new (1.2.3+) releases finally allow the number of 'inactive' days to be configured. Users needing more flexibility or open-source'ness might prefer this ScriptRunner implementation, which I wrote before ILA's became really usable: https://www.redradishtech.com/display/KB/Automatically+deactivating+inactive+Jira+users

Thanks for this useful plugin. Would it be possible to add a REST endpoint to reactivate users?

This is a really useful plugin for JIRA Data Center to manage your user count on a regular basis. This plugin will automatically run for us every month to remove all inactive users in the system to free up some licenses. We used to do this manually once a month so this has saved us alot of time. Its very easy to setup and if you need help the dev team is really responsive and friendly.
