I do not like that user has to input the ticket key and number instead of pasting in the URL. I do not like that I cannot add epics. I do not like that I cannot uninstall it immediately after testing it and cancelling. Documentation says I can uninstall after cancelling free trial, but it's been over an hour and I cannot. Since we don't owe money, I should be able to immediately revoke and remove the program.

Sorry that you're disappointed. Here are the solutions to the issues you've found so that you can have a better experience next time:
1) Pasting ticket instead of URL - we understand that there could be an URL instead of a ticket key in the clipboard. We will add this functionality in the upcoming releases.
2) You can add epics through JQL. An example JQL query is '"epic link" = Jupiter' to list all tickets of the 'Jupiter' epic. The JQL queries can be bookmarked and used as a shortcut with a single click. The tickets then can be rearranged in order and selectively refined.
3) For install/uninstall/payments, please refer to Atlassian support as we don't have control on that. It is entirely managed by the Marketplace.
4) Please feel free to let us know on any feature that you'd like to have or issue that you find, we'll be glad to schedule it for the earliest possible release.

We useScrumpy Planning Poker for every team and it changes boring and long plannings into something more interesting and collaborative. What's more important it helps us estimate more diligently and in the long term helps us do more.

App sometimes refuses to load proper JQL queries, slow response time when estimating, all boards will have this enabled as default once you enable this app (it doesn't allow you to choose the boards you want it for). The convenience of the app helping you to add in the estimates are okay, but not worth being a paid app. There are various other apps / sites out there that can do the same and respond faster, albeit you need to export the XML, which only takes a few seconds once you get the correct JQL that you need. $1 per user for automating a field (that's if I can even get there without the app refusing to load in Jira issues) that I can edit in a heartbeat seems a bit... expensive to me, especially if some of the teams never use this app at all. To put it into perspective: Will I pay $1 per user for 100 users to save me e.g. 40 Jira issues * 5 seconds of me and my team's time? for $100 USD a month at a time saving of 3 minute and 20 seconds, my CTO would kill me for it. I haven't touched on the loading times for this app yet either.

Thousands of scrum masters, project managers and development leads using the app on daily basis think differently though. For them, the app is useful and worthy and the only one that delivers this high level of customization on the estimation process and collaborative estimation techniques. Indeed, the application brings a convenient solution for a business case that not all companies have. We definitely agree that there is no single application that can be useful to everybody. Our app does great at accurate capacity planning and deadline estimation.
Please note that the app can be disabled for projects and all project boards - you need to go to project settings and find the dedicated Scrumpy Poker permissions. Those permissions were created just for this purpose - to narrow down which teams should see the poker buttons and sections. This is the standard Jira way to disable add-ons per project. This way the app allows you to choose the boards you want it for.
We see that the biggest problem you observe is that the app is paid. There are indeed many free apps out there limited in functionality requiring manual operations. Different people value their time differently. Please check the top 3 paid Marketplace apps for Planning Poker (our app is one of them) and you'll be surprised how affordable it is.
Some note on the history of the app. It was created after careful analysis of the free tools that you mention here and by people who have used them on daily basis. That's how it got to top 3 in the Marketplace.

A bit clunky but useful. Not quite good enough to pay for though. Sorry.
