When the voting is done on a jira issue will the story point field get populated with the vote? Tried it today, just saw comments with the vote updates. Was expecting the story points filed to be populated

Hello Niranjan, story points are sure updated, there could be something specific to your project or board that you're using. Please check our story points update troubleshooting guide. If none of the above helps, please submit a support request to our support board and include your board estimation configuration. Thanks in advance!

Easy to install but haven't been able to get voted story points to appear in the "Story Points" field of each ticket. I've designated it as the Jira estimate field under Integration Settings, but no luck. I get a comment added to the ticket but that's it. Any help would be appreciated, otherwise can't use.

Story points are updated with zero configuration on Agile software boards with Story Points set as estimation in the board settings. Please remove the "Story Points" field in the advanced Jira integration settings, it's for more complex configurations.

The general rule is - if you don't see the "Story Points" field when you press the issue "Edit" button in Jira, most probably you need to check your Jira configuration.

Please check our troubleshooting guide which contains the most common solutions and if it doesn't help, please file a support ticket or send us e-mail. We'd be glad to help with the configuration!

Is there a way to pull stories into a room from a sprint using a JQL that keeps the order of the stories? For example If our sprint is prioritized as Story 5,2,3,1 in our backlog view and I pull in the sprint to a room, Scrumpy re-orders them numerically 1,2,3,4,5

Yes, you can add "Order By RANK" at the end of the JQL to get the order of the backlog. For example: 'sprint="My Sprint" order by RANK'. Thank you for using Scrumpy Poker!

I just installed and looks good but I can't see the list of stories. I look at the permission and seems to be all fine, but I did not find any documentation related to the permissions

We're sorry to hear that you couldn't set up the add-on. There is no such thing like 'default' list of stories in the poker room, it always starts empty. You need to create this list by yourself inside the poker room by either adding tickets one by one from the search box or using a JQL query. Please send a screenshot to info@scrumpy.poker with a screenshot and any errors in the browser console.

    Pricing FAQ

How does cloud app pricing work?

Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my cloud pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.

The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

Can I extend my free trial?

For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
