    The Cloudability app for JIRA does not support any customization. If the JIRA project is customized Cloudability may not be able to create an issue and will fail without an error message, simply a red "x" There is no way to change the issue type that is created. If there is a JIRA issue already created for a Right-sizing recommendation, there is no way to remove it or raise another issue.

    Installation

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new apps or Find new add-ons screen loads.
    3. Locate Cloudability.
    4. Click Install to download and install your app.
    5. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
