We use this App with our distributors worldwide and are very happy with this solution. All requests/issues could be solved by the support team very quick which is a great bonus!

No forms support for Cloud is just ridiculous.

  We ask you Jim to join us in voting for JSDCLOUD-10671, as we're too can't wait for Atlassian to bring support for Forms API to allow vendors integrate with. please update your review accordingly, its on Atlassian, not on us 😉

Despite the fact you can access JSM portal/help center via a mobile browser, sometimes it's recommended (or even necessary) to use the actual app. JSM Mobile covers most of the functionalities, and we hope support for the new Forms feature will be available soon :) Also, cheers to the vendor support team that's handling requests - they've provided fast and efficient help via their portal. 🎉

Hi, I create a ıtsm project for a customer. I added the dynamic forms and some customfields but ı can not see the that fields and forms in mobile app. How can we solve this problems?
