The extension started working again on December 26, 2024. Perhaps the developers took some action? Thank you very much for your support. This is a very useful tool for me, so I would be even happier if it could operate more stably. --- In Confluence Cloud, This pluguin does not work since 2024/12/23. When checking with the developer tools, it appears that the request to `GET https://render.powerplantuml.com/svg/...` keeps timing out, which seems to be the cause of the issue. I have contacted the support email address, but I haven't received any response.

Hello. The renderer is healthy again. There was a billing issue with our host.

Atlassian should have created a support ticket when you emailed support@powerplantuml.atlassian.net, but I'm not seeing one. In the future you can go directly to https://powerplantuml.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/POW and create one there. You can also click on the support tab on this page and then click the Submit Support Request button.

Plugin works more or less fine, however, it may run only with https://render.powerplantuml.com/ not any custom server (including official https://www.plantuml.com/plantuml/uml/)... and default rendering server runs fairly oudated version of plantuml Seems to me reason is there is a protocols conflict: Confluence Cloud runs HTTPS while https://www.plantuml.com/plantuml/uml/ not, it should be reflected at installation instructions somehow After changing powerplant rendering server to my HTTPS compliant server - preview works correctly (i see my server's responses), however, final diagram is rendered via powerplant rendering server, this is quite annoying bug

The plugin is good, but it went from free to 3x more expensive than the most used PlantUML plugin in the marketplace. Not a smart move. Time to move on.

From a functional point of view it's the best plugin for plantuml for Confluence. It has a very nice editor with a lot of bells and whistles, and it renders the diagrams just as you need them. Other plugins either have a very bad editor, render the diagrams with scrollbars, can't show the diagrams while in edit mode, etc. It's quite amazing that it's free. One point of complaint: it sometimes stops working (I'm using it for 2 months now, and had 1-2 days where it didn't want to render the diagrams) and has no support, so your mileage may vary.

Hi Kim. Thanks for the review. I've had occasional trouble keeping the official PlantUML renderer healthy when under high load. It has a bad habit of going into an unrecoverable state without actually crashing. I'm working on setting up a rendering cluster with a watchdog process to prevent these failures in the future.

I've also enabled support for this app. You can email support@powerplantuml.atlassian.net now.

All should be well as of last Wednesday. The rendered had issues due to high load.

In the future, please use support@powerplantuml.atlassian.net for support requests. This forum is for reviewing the app.
