Connector often breaks a lot and causes refresh issues. The team is not very responsive and when trying to contact them you just receive a copy and paste 'we will get back to you' comment.

We had an issue with the Jira connector, as a field was not being sent. The support team responded very quickly and efficiently. Finally the problem was a Bug reported from Atlassian, which the Jira team ended up solving. Thanks for the support!
