In the 'Custom Reports by Project' section, the application previously displayed the percentage for each project using both the amount and the percentage sign. Currently, it is showing the value as a decimal, and there is no option to revert to the previous format.

This is quick and easy to understand software. But I am wondering why you count all story points with original ticket and all its child issue together. Should it only count the story points in original ticket enough??

  Hi Kevin,

  Thank you for the feedback. I understand that your approach might be different, but story points are typically used at the story level, not the sub-task level. It is also the recommended practice to only estimate at story level.
