• [Data Cleaner] Postfunctions could not be added to a custom template. There was a problem due to which some data needed for the template was not loaded correctly. Problem in getting data from Oracle DB has been fixed.

You can now set the timeout for the task update. This option can be useful if a search or anonymization task takes much longer time than expected. This option can be configured by clicking on Configure near GDPR and Security app from Manage apps.

• [General] The moment.js has been updated to the latest version.
• [Notification & Announcements] Previously, announcements were shown with a delay, if browser tab is closed or reloaded or if user open another Jira tab without accepting / declined an announcement. We changed cookies storing mechanism and now announcement is shown immediately after these actions.
• [Data cleaner] Previously, if option to remove specified user from project roles was chosen, groups which contain this user in Roles and Permissions were deleted. This behaviour has been fixed and now only if specified user was added in Roles and Permissions directly, it will be removed, and groups with this user will be left as-is.

We fixed an issue with the compatibility of the Riada Insights add-on. The editing of the entities did not work before.

Data Cleaner:

The Request Anonymization form has also been fixed for the Service Desk user profiles. From this version, information about executed search/anonymization processes will be published in the Audit Log.

There used to be an occasional error with installation or updates from the previous version on some Jira environments.
