Useful tool to generate 360 Degree Feedback - create survey in a clear, fast and simple way.
Global and HR Settings
Jira admin choose HR Managers who will create the surveys.
HR Manager configures Mail or Tickets template, chooses if comments are required, creates relations (chief/subordinates), sets up a style for the survey.
Reports: xls, pdf, comments
Choose the type of report (personal, comparative, group), color scheme and visualize the reports in the form of columnar histograms or radar for pdf format.
