    More details

The Blueprint Creator allows you to create individual blueprints for spaces, pages and blog posts without requiring any programming skills. All created are available for your users right where they expect them and cannot be distinguished from the pre-installed or costly developed blueprints.

Creating spaces, pages or blog posts in a standardised and sustainable way has never been easier for user. Instead of using nasty workaround of copying and then editing content manually they are prompted a simple dialog with a form that collects all the information you require. For that you can provide multiple custom fields of different types (e.g. select, user mention, date fields, etc.) that are displayed neatly in a custom data entry form. The information entered by the user will automatically be stored at pre-defined places of the to be created pages.

Additionally, you can add meta data such as prefixes for page titles or labels automatically to pages - based on the information users enter.

Very easy to use through the configuration panel even for basic users. Would be great to integrate functions like page restrictions for blog templates, checkboxes for meeting attendees or copy functions to quickly create similar templates. We also use it for our enterprise news system (layout policies). Every team in our office can create their own specific templates and do not need any extra support from admins.

Would not the app already exist, you would have to invent it! Incredibly easy to use, this tool takes the Confluence blueprint feature to a new level. Extremely useful!

Fantastically easy to use and straightforward functionality. Being able to capture information and then embed it into the page, whether they be used in Page Properties or elsewhere, really makes the flow of documentation creation so much easier. With this app, making use of that functionality without the need for coding really does simplify the process and enable teams to get more done more quickly.

Page Templates The way, Blueprint Creator handle variables (placeholders) is much smoother compared to what Confluence does out-of-the-box. I can mark placeholders mandatory and use more field types. When using the template, the user will fill the placeholders within a pop-up window, which looks and works much cleaner. Space Templates With Space Template I can as an administrator predefine the content of a new space. I can design the space homepage for my use cases and prepare a scaffold for the page tree. I can all of this without having to write any code which I would have to without this add-on. Blueprint Creator helps me customizing my Confluence environment without having to rely on developer skills. This raises the value we get from Confluence significantly. I can very well live with the few idiosyncrasies, //SEIBERT/MEDIA support expertly helped me understand.

Best new app for a Confluence for a long time! Works perfectly and fits into very many use cases! Thanks a lot! Also looking forward to the next features on the roadmap: creating a tree of pages from a page template

Works like a charm. Helped us melt down a bigger number of templates into only a few, because we now can work with variables to pre-fill certain values. And we are looking forward to the next features on the roadmap: creating a tree of pages.

    Pricing FAQ

How does server app pricing work?

Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my server pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. The app tier should match the licensed user tier of the Atlassian product. For example, if you have a Confluence license for 500 users, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Atlassian product license, the two licenses should match exactly.

Can I install this app in a Data Center product?

Yes, this app has a Data Center approved version. If you're using a Data Center product, you should install the Data Center version of the app.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for server apps?

For server apps, academic licenses are available at a 50% discount if you have an academic license for your Atlassian product.

Community and open-source licenses are available for server apps. Learn more about community and open source licenses.

Can I extend my free trial?

For server apps, you can extend your app trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Try it free and you'll be directed to generate a new license. Paste this license key into the app listing in UPM from your Atlassian product, and you're all set.

How can I buy apps for my legacy Jira Server or Confluence Server license?

If you own a legacy Jira Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy app pricing is no longer available. You have two options for app purchasing:

    • Purchase the app at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
    • Renew your Jira or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the app at the same tier.
