- agent online/offline dialog is no longer cut on the right when the agent does not have admin permissions

The most important features are:
- User registration dialog can now be protected by a CAPTCHA challenge, to minimize the risk of abuse
- Users of the chat widget can set display preferences, such as: displaying conversation issue keys, showing issue summaries in the chat list and the chat header, only displaying unresolved conversations
- First message of the conversation is put also in the issue description, so that it can be shown in full in the issue list in your Service Desk queues
