Real status lozenges
Plain text such as Done, In progress or Blocked becomes a colored Confluence status lozenge automatically — great for Jira and project tables.

CelesteCS Conditions brings spreadsheet-style conditional formatting to Confluence tables. Color cells and rows by rule with the Conditional Rule macro, or apply a 3-Color Scale, Data Bar or Icon Set across a whole column in a few clicks. Rules cover value comparisons, Top N/Bottom N, above/below average, duplicates, date ranges and text length, and can also be driven by a formula (e.g. column MIN/MAX). Apply one rule set to several tables at once with the Conditional Rules Manager instead of repeating it per table. Every rule keeps re-evaluating as the underlying data changes - no manual recoloring after every edit, a natural fit for dashboards a team checks daily. New here? Conditions now runs entirely on Atlassian Forge, without any Connect modules, ahead of the end of Connect support on 31 January 2027.
- Your existing Rules Managers and rules keep working and are taken over automatically, including pages migrated from Data Center.
- The Rules Manager and all five rules are native Forge macros with a settings form in the editor.
- Dark theme: colour scales keep readable text, data bars and icon sets are drawn sharply in both themes.
- Faster rendering of tables with Status and other nested macros.
- PDF and Word export keep the cell formatting.
- Macro icons are back in the insert menu.
Note: the tables of a Rules Manager are shown in a macro frame, so inline comments on them are not available.
A site admin has to accept this update (it asks for new, read-only Forge permissions). Until then the previous version keeps working.
