Agile Retrospectives for Jira

I like this app. Our teams have used other apps for retros, such as Miro and FigJam. Some issues we then have with those is we have team/project data in multiple separate apps, and we have to manage permissions in separate apps. With Retros, I can keep our data in the Atlassian Ecosystem only, and my project permissions are enforced in the app to ensure only the people who should see the retro information do have the retro information. it just makes it easier. Some may prefer the flash of a crisper UI, but I find Retros gets the job done.

As a learning company, Retros are vital to us and our business!! It's also been a big part of our summer DevEx Solutioning Marketing campaign, as we teach people how to do Retros better. We love seamless apps like this one that helps take extremely human-centric moments, and bring the results into the digital landscape for faster, more effective follow-up and actions. 10 out of 10. We struggled to get our team engaged during retrospectives because the manual process just didn’t inspire much participation. This app has completely changed that! It's simple to use, and people actually enjoy contributing now. We’re getting more honest and helpful feedback from everyone like our retrospectives are finally doing what they’re supposed to.
