Freshservice to JSM Migration by Help Desk Migration

The app itself has some limitations such as not being able to migrate changes, only 1 resolution status available and 1:1 relationship between workspaces and projects in JSM which lead to us having to find workarounds. Other functionalities such as the seamless alignment of ticket fields, the assignment to agents and reporters, the transfer of ticket notes private and public worked great! We also liked the fact that we had a dashboard were we could trigger as many demos as we liked and then delete the migrated tickets after each test. What was really the best feature of this product is the flexibility of the dev team. We had to request several custom developments to meet our requirements and they all worked very well. Pricing is very reasonable and the support team is fantastic!

Thanks to them we were able to continuously switch to another ticket tool. The support team was fast with their respond and help. The migration was quick and smooth

We used this application in order to migrate in 2 parts : 700 open Issues and then 45000 Closed Issues from Fresh to JSM Cloud. The result has been great. All informations has been retrieved on JSM and the support helped us a lot with the configuration. We felt confortable working with you.

This tool is fantastic! We used it to migrate ~36,000 tickets and ~400 knowledge base articles. The tool supports any and every ticketing system. The support team are super helpful and offer customisations for your migration. Migrating from Freshservice, we asked to have requested items migrated as plain text into the description. The total cost was only $2,000 US, which is really good value. The migration itself does take a while (ours took about 30 hours), but it's totally worth it. Anyone who is migrating to JSM from another ticketing system should use this tool!
