Installation

  1. Sign up with the Migration Wizard to initiate your Freshservice to Jira Service Management migration.
  2. Choose Freshservice as your source platform and enter your account credentials.
  3. Select a Workspace from which you’ll export data.
  4. Fill in the URL, username, and API token to connect Jira Service Management.
  5. Then, choose the Project and the Issue type for all migrated tickets.
  6. Select the data you want to move between Freshservice and Jira Service Management.
  7. Match user profiles and choose a default agent for all inactive, deleted, and unassigned users.
  8. Map your Freshservice and Jira Service Management fields. Modify mapping for default and custom fields. You can also create missing fields in Jira Service Management at the top of the window.
  9. Map content fields, particularly focusing on Status fields, between Freshservice and Jira Service Management.
  10. Customize your Freshservice to Jira migration by selecting the automated options.
  11. When you're ready, start a Free Demo. It'll transfer 20 random tickets and all their data into Jira Service Management. After the migration, review your data to ensure everything's in order.
  12. If you’re satisfied with the result, go on to the Full Data Migration.
