Summary: Migration guidance for administrators, chart colour fixes, and usage statistics
Details: The migration sections of Settings are for Jira administrators.
An administrator outside the restoring group sees a note naming the group instead of a report full of warnings.
Hidden dashboards say so in the owner column, and a waiting dashboard shows its reason in the row.
Restore re-tries the dashboards marked for their owners.
The Migration data tip explains that a plan needs a project and how to run the assistant again for the app's data only.
A color picked under the pattern view keeps its color; the dots open the picker after a resize; a pick keeps the chart's height.
In the circular charts' legend, the name hides a slice, the numbers open the work items, the dot opens the picker.
