New SLA metrics and fields were added based on JIRA Service Desk goals. Giving ability to set overall goals over the aggregated SLA data from multiple issues using metric e.g. "Breached time", "Elapsed Time", "Goal time", "Number of SLA cycles" and fields e.g."Is Breached", "Is Paused" .In addition the new metrics are available to be used in the existing modules e.g. Formula metrics, Multi Metric charts and to be set as Target metrics in types "% Change", "% of Total" and "% of Avg."
