QA Touch - AI Test Case Management Tool

Hi, i've been trying out QA Touch and it's integration with JIRA as part of an exploration of QA Mngt Tool to use for our team. But i could not check the QA Touch test cases in our JIRA, always having this error: "We're having trouble connecting to QA Touch Test Cases. Try contacting the developer for support." Im on the Free account for now since i want to check it out first before i present it to our team.

We have been using QA Touch for a while now and to be frank, it is one of the valuable decisions we made while looking to purchase a test management software. The platform is so tester friendly and accommodates all the essential features for making our QA jobs easier.

Fake - can't use it with free account as advertised. When clicking on submit on the Integration menue, a 'upgrade' button is presented.

Its showing as Free App in Jira, However if we visit https://www.qatouch.com/pricing/ its showing that we need to pay for it after trial ends? Can someone please confirm if it is free or not??

  Our product has 30 days free trial. We are not charging extra for this Jira app. So, it is mentioned as Free App.

And will it have the capability to export other reports into excel files or pdf? Only the Issues Report can be exported. Thanks again!
