Hello, faced with the same situation as previous guy. Also I added http.proxy to java arguments but this didn't help. Hi! I got the error: "Something went wrong : Telegram Integration plugin cannot reach Telegram Servers from your JIRA instance." I think it's connected with my Jira's instant location: it's in Russia It would be nice if you add feature to specify custom proxy server or something close to this. 2018-12-06 02:00:08,290 Caesium-1-3 ERROR ServiceRunner [c.i.i.telegram.availability.TGServersCheckScheduler] Some of the telegram servers is unavailable java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.socketConnect(Native Method) at java.net.AbstractPlainSocketImpl.doConnect(AbstractPlainSocketImpl.java:350) at java.net.AbstractPlainSocketImpl.connectToAddress(AbstractPlainSocketImpl.java:206) at java.net.AbstractPlainSocketImpl.connect(AbstractPlainSocketImpl.java:188) at java.net.SocksSocketImpl.connect(SocksSocketImpl.java:392) at java.net.Socket.connect(Socket.java:589) at com.itransition.iam.telegram.availability.TGServersCheckScheduler.runJob(TGServersCheckScheduler.kt:54) at com.atlassian.scheduler.core.JobLauncher.runJob(JobLauncher.java:153) at com.atlassian.scheduler.core.JobLauncher.launchAndBuildResponse(JobLauncher.java:118) at com.atlassian.scheduler.core.JobLauncher.launch(JobLauncher.java:97) at com.atlassian.scheduler.caesium.impl.CaesiumSchedulerService.launchJob(CaesiumSchedulerService.java:443) at com.atlassian.scheduler.caesium.impl.CaesiumSchedulerService.executeClusteredJob(CaesiumSchedulerService.java:438) at com.atlassian.scheduler.caesium.impl.CaesiumSchedulerService.executeClusteredJobWithRecoveryGuard(CaesiumSchedulerService.java:462) at com.atlassian.scheduler.caesium.impl.CaesiumSchedulerService.executeQueuedJob(CaesiumSchedulerService.java:390) at com.atlassian.scheduler.caesium.impl.CaesiumSchedulerService$1.consume(CaesiumSchedulerService.java:285) at com.atlassian.scheduler.caesium.impl.CaesiumSchedulerService$1.consume(CaesiumSchedulerService.java:282) at com.atlassian.scheduler.caesium.impl.SchedulerQueueWorker.executeJob(SchedulerQueueWorker.java:65) at com.atlassian.scheduler.caesium.impl.SchedulerQueueWorker.executeNextJob(SchedulerQueueWorker.java:59) at com.atlassian.scheduler.caesium.impl.SchedulerQueueWorker.run(SchedulerQueueWorker.java:34) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:745)

Would be nice to have the ticket information such as description, attachments and all comments on the chat created on telegram so there would be no need to log in to the Jira.
