I believe currently this is the best option to migrate to JSM. Jira is a bit "fastidious" when it comes to what can be imported with their own tools so this dedicated tool will surely save you time and money.

We used the service to migrate away from Freshservice over to Jira service management and the experience was very good. We were able to perform a few ticket migration tests free of charge to make sure everything was going to be moved across properly and support were very responsive and helpful when we did need to reach out to them for guidance. Initial ticket migration did take a while to complete which is to be expected when API limits are factored in but the delta migration was completed on time by the support team and was almost instant. Would certainly recommend this service to anyone looking to migrate over to Jira as it saves ALOT of time and was worth every dollar.
