Installation

  1. Sign up at our website using your work email or social media credentials.
  2. Choose Freshdesk as the source help desk from the supported platforms and provide the required credentials for data access.
  3. Select Jira Service Management as a target platform and provide the required credentials.
  4. Next, choose the Jira Service Management Project and Issue type to import your data.
  5. Once both platforms are successfully connected, select the records you want to migrate to Jira Service Management.
  6. Map users between Freshdesk and Jira Service Management and select a default user for deleted, inactive and unassigned profiles.
  7. Map the fields from Freshdesk to Jira Service Management, and if necessary, add the same field in Jira Service Management.
  8. Connect and map fields, including Status fields, between Freshdesk and Jira Service Management.
  9. Customize your Freshdesk to Jira migration by independently choosing your preferred automated settings.
  10. Once the mapping is correctly set up, start the Free Demo Migration. The process will take no more than 5 minutes and move 20 random tickets and articles to Jira Service Management, showcasing the migration tool functionality.
  11. Check the demo migration results. If everything is satisfactory, proceed to payment and full data migration.
