- Sign up at our website using your work email or social media credentials.
- Choose Freshdesk as the source help desk from the supported platforms and provide the required credentials for data access.
- Select Jira Service Management as a target platform and provide the required credentials.
- Next, choose the Jira Service Management Project and Issue type to import your data.
