Refined Sites for JSM (Theme ITSM, HR, Help & Service Desks)

Refined is a fantastic tool for organisations using the native Jira Customer Portal and looking to increase user engagement. Since implementation, we have seen a significant uplift in colleagues self-serving through the portal, and the ability to customise the experience to align with our branding makes it feel far more personal and accessible. There are a few features available in the native Jira portal that are not currently supported within Refined, which we would like to see implemented. However, the overall experience has been smooth and seamless, with a straightforward setup and positive adoption across the business.

Very helpful and handy addition for Confluence. Very easy to use, always being updated with improved offerings and feedback is always welcomed and well received. When needed, accessing support is very quick and easy, the support team are always responsive, helpful and provide support and resolutions very quickly.
