Great Product with Excellent Support We've been using the Refined plugin to build a customer-facing portal that combines both Jira and Confluence, and it's worked really well for our needs. The interface is clean, and the customisation options are useful for creating a more branded experience. What really stood out was the support from Andrei Cesar. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and helped us work through a few specific client requirements — including some creative workarounds. Even when certain features weren’t available out of the box, Andrei took the time to explain alternatives clearly and professionally. Overall, Refined is a solid tool backed by great support. Highly recommended if you’re looking to improve the user experience of your Atlassian Cloud setup.
