Really solid app. The classification levels and sensitive data detection have made it much easier for us to manage data governance across our Confluence spaces. Simple to set up and works seamlessly. Highly recommend.

      Hi Marius,

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review about Compliance for Confluence, we appreciate your feedback.

This is an important feature and I'm pleased to share you can export the classification level to a Word or PDF document using the Compliance for Confluence in-page macro. To add this to your Confluence page, please follow these instructions - https://docs.appfox.io/confluence-compliance-cloud/add-classification-level-to-page-exports

If you have any other questions or would like our assistance please reach out to support@appfox.io and we'll be happy to help.

      Best,

      Craig

There seems to be no way to set a default classification for all pages, and no way to bulk-set classifications, and no inheritance of classifications. This makes this very painful to go through and manually apply a classification for thousands of individual pages.

      Hi Amin,

Thanks for taking the time to try out Compliance for Confluence and leave a review - we do appreciate it!

We completely understand it can be time consuming to classify a large number of pages but the good news is there's a new version of Compliance just around the corner which will allow you to bulk classify pages using CQL. I will update this response when the new version is released so you can give it a try.

Also, we have noted your request for default classification levels and inheritence and will look into adding this to our roadmap of future improvements. Thanks for raising this!

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance and we’ll be happy to help!

      Best wishes,

      Craig

Update: I'm delighted to share that bulk classification and default classification are now available in Compliance for Confluence.
