Zendesk to JSM Migration by Help Desk Migration

We used the Help Desk Migration tool by Relokia to migrate from Zendesk to Jira Service Management, and overall the experience was excellent. The migration and cutover went very smoothly, and the system was live quickly with no disruption to our ability to support clients. The Relokia team was responsive throughout the process and worked closely with us to address specific requirements and questions along the way. The tool itself is reliable, and combined with the support from their team, it made what could have been a complex migration far more manageable. Highly recommended for teams looking for a structured and well-supported migration approach.

We used this to migrate from Zendesk to Jira Service Management. It wasn't a huge volume, but using the tool was way less error prone and time consuming than anything we could have hand rolled. The support during our journey to pressing go on the full migration was also really good. The only caveat was that it did not seem to be able to set a useful resolution in Jira Service Management so we had it give everything resolution status of "Migrated - Not Resolved" and dealt with the one we cared about post migration.
