- Sign up for an account and begin Zendesk to Jira Service Management migration using a work email or social media.
- Choose Zendesk as your current platform. Then, enter the necessary access credentials to connect it to the Migration Wizard.
- Similarly, select Jira Service Management as your target system. Next, provide the required access credentials to connect your account to the migration tool.
- Choose the Jira Service Management project and Issue type where you want to import your data.
- Once both platforms are connected, you can choose the objects to migrate.

- Customize your Zendesk to Jira migration by selecting the necessary automated options.
