Installation

  1. Sign up for an account and begin Zendesk to Jira Service Management migration using a work email or social media.
  2. Choose Zendesk as your current platform. Then, enter the necessary access credentials to connect it to the Migration Wizard.
  3. Similarly, select Jira Service Management as your target system. Next, provide the required access credentials to connect your account to the migration tool.
  4. Choose the Jira Service Management project and Issue type where you want to import your data.
  5. Once both platforms are connected, you can choose the objects to migrate.
  6. Match agent profiles, including choosing a default agent for unassigned, deleted, or inactive users.
  7. Effortlessly map fields from your Zendesk account to those in Jira Service Management, preserving standard and custom field relations. Plus, you can also add missing fields on Jira Service Management.
  8. Map article fields, specifically Status fields, between Zendesk and Jira Service Management.
  9. Customize your Zendesk to Jira migration by selecting the necessary automated options.
  10. When everything is prepared, start the Free Demo Migration. It takes up to 5 minutes and transfers 20 random tickets from Zendesk to Jira Service Management. After the demo, check if all the data has migrated correctly.
  11. If you’re satisfied with the result, start the Full Data Migration.
