    Connect Zendesk and Jira Service Desk

    Select and map necessary fields

    Perform a Free Demo Migration and Full Migration

    Select Zendesk from the drop-down menu and provide access credentials

    Select Jira Service Desk as your future platform and provide your access credentials

    Select objects you want to migrate and change fields mapping if you need to.

    Once the Demo is Completed, download the JSON file and import it to Jira Service Desk to check the result of the Demo Migration. If everything looks great, start the Full Data Migration.

    Product worked great. Went from SysAid to Service Desk; the process is a little different as the migration is not direct. First you create a download file from SysAId, then import it into Service desk. The first time we migrated production, the SysAid ID did not map. After several hours of chat support and being told it can't be done we processed the data. Two days later, and working with support again, we were shown that we COULD map the SysAid ID. We had to delete the ServiceDesk instance, recreate the sysaid file and re-import. The worse part, is we had to PAY A SECOND TIME. All said, it did work better than expected, but I would have preferred not paying twice to get it right.

    Amazing team, dedicated to the success of your migration. Our environments were highly complicated (multiple JIRA instances, multiple JIRA Service Desk instances, with (of course) different setup and a conversion from ZenDesk) but they always were able to accommodate our constraint or find creative ways to solve our challenge.

    the only way to go for migrating ZenDesk tickets to Jira. we had custom code written to export specific ticket sets. Ira was a very helpful (and patient) help desk rep. A1 customer service

    This was a great tool! I migrated 19802 tickets from Zendesk to Jira Service desk. It took 48 hours but everything went smooth with just a few clicks. Very nice service! /Kristian
