Content Sync from Confluence to Freshdesk

I would like to rate 0 rather than 1 because the service is very bad : synchro is not fully working, the support Kolibri responsible from the plugin do no help enough in case of trouble. For those who have the same issues of synchro, how do you make the synchro between both solutions ??????

Can't connect to Freshdesk, can't uninstall. No further options.

We do not recommend using this app due to issues with images from content synced from Confluence to Freshdesk not displaying. I have contacted the development team (support@kolibridigital.com) several times by email for several months now, but there has been no response at all. However, they were very quick to respond on how to sign up or pay.

The "Bulk Stop Sync" option is not working. It appears to work, but upon refreshing the page, previous "stopped" syncs are still enabled. You have to stop the sync from each confluence page. This is not sustainable when you have hundreds of articles syncing. Please correct.

The price is not worth the sync issue. Formatting is not kept between FreshDesk and Confluence. It kind of a waste of time because once synced, you still have to going in and make edits. No body wants to do the same work twice. I will say the sync process is easy and it syncs automatically both ways where you make edits. It could be and would be a really useful tool and is much needed. But cannot afford for it to not meet expectations.
