- The new issue context migrates the deprecated custom glance, showing whether an assignee has an active or upcoming absence. Additionally, it allows to triage issues by displaying alternative team members.
- Lastly, this version displays the agent status on the portal view of customer requests. This setting is optional and can be set per JSM project.
