    Once installed, the PageDuty widget shows up in every Project, cannot be configured to only show up in the ones which need it. We'll have to uninstall to prevent issue screen bloat.

    Note that the subdomain cannot include a capital letter at the beginning or PagerDuty will not connect. And trying to troubleshoot why it won't connect is quite a pain since there is no error message referencing that capital letters are not allowed.

    Installation

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new add-ons screen loads.
    3. Locate PagerDuty Jira Cloud Extension.
    4. Click Install to download and install your app.
    5. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
