Feature Bundle – Self-Service Extension for JSM

We've been using Feature Bundle – Self-Service Extension for JSM for over a year, mainly in two Jira Service Management projects, with plans to expand its usage further. The app helps our customers access and update request information on their own, reducing the number of follow-up questions and manual adjustments our teams had to handle. We mainly use Additional Fields and Customer Actions, both of which have added significant value to our service desk experience. What we like most is the simple configuration, the fast and reliable support, and the continuous improvement of the product. Highly recommended for any JSM team looking to enhance self-service capabilities.

This tool allows us to enable customer update of selected fields from the portal environment which greatly improves JSM functionality. Authorized users can now make updates to work items that were previously limited to licensed users only.

An amazing tool for extending the capabilities of the Customer Portal - which by default is unfortunately the least customizable component of JSM. This extension allows our customer to access important information, for example SLAs or the team assigned to the issue. The application is easy to use but also offers a robust number of options for customization and conditions for displayed information.

Feature Bundle for JSM Cloud provides a solid set of features. Customers can edit selected fields themselves, reducing the need for comment-based requests. Additional fields like Assignee and Resolution improve transparency in the portal, and the announcement feature is practical. Overall, a reliable app.
