    Sehr gute App und für europäische Unternehmen, die Jira komplett ohne Einschränkungen (z.B. Abschalten des Activity Streams) nutzen wollen. Zusätzlich lässt sich hier der sehr gute Support hervorheben, da man direkt mit Leuten spricht, die die Funktionen Ihrer Apps kennen und eben auch entwickelt haben. If your company is located in europe and you want to use your jira GDPR complient this app is the best choice you can take without deleting some very good jira features like activity stream. Especially the support is really good because after a small conversation you will find out that the people who give you support knowing there products very well.

    Be careful, this plugin does not work as advertised. The Worklog Data is still accessible via REST-API - while this Plugin does seems to actually hide the data from the view templates in JIRA everything is accessible via REST. Just curl https://jira.company.tld/jira/rest/api/2/issue/ISSUEKEY-123/ to see all the data.

    Dear Martin,

    even if filtering of Jira REST API was not planned as an initial feature, we saw your point and have implemented it. It filters the worklog details. (Time Estimates will still be shown in Rest, since they are issue data, while work logs will be removed completely).

    We use this plugin only 2 month until now, but for relative big instance (300 000 issues and 5500 users). Works good. We tried also other plugins for similar functionality and UnView was our choice - standard plugin with standard installation, no impact to system setting, no external setting in any file is needed.

    In my JIRA instance, I have added the time logging visibility also for the subtasks via jira.table.cols.subtasks = Progress This time Information is still visible and not replaced with your addon. I can also still see the current and remaining estimate, when I edit the issue (and by this calculate the time spent manually). Maybe I have to set some usergroup specific views in here...

    The Plugin does what it promises! It anonymizes worklog entries from the history and activities completely. Furthermore, the support is superb! We had a problem with a faulty Jira History entry which caused problems with the Plugin which resulted in the history tab not rendering at all. The Support was very quick and helpful. They almost immediately released a new Bug-Fix Version that hid the faulty entry. Great product and support!

    How does server app pricing work?

    Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

    You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my server pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. For Jira 7.0 or later, the app tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed Jira products on your instance. For example, if you're running Jira Software (500 users) and Jira Service Desk (25 agents) on the same instance, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. For versions of Jira prior to 7.0, the app tier should match the licensed user tier for Jira. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Jira license, the two licenses should match exactly. Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for the license tier still apply.
