We loved the concept of this plugin, however during our trial (currently in the trial) we have had a few issues with it and have reached out for support via email, via Digital Toucan's Jira Service Desk, and via the chat/intercom in the add-in itself, and have had absolutely no response. Sadly, this is one of the only add-ins which allows for more control over sprint goals, but it seems to be totally unsupported. We may be ending our trial and going back to tracking these offline in excel. For anyone interested in the cliffsnotes of the issues we're having: -There seems to be a limit of how many issues in a sprint are displayed in the add-in when assigning issues to a goal -We need to be able to visually and easily see which goals have NOT already been assigned to a goal (work down the list) so we can make sure that all sprint work is assigned to a goal, and this is not possible. -We want the tawk.to/intercom removed from the plugin screens for end users. Our end users should not reach out directly for support, but should instead do this through our service desk (given, it's not that they'd likely receive support anyway) -We need sub-tasks to be hidden when assigning issues to a sprint goal, but still be accounted for in terms of completed work toward a goal. It should be assumed that sub-tasks are associated with the same goal as the parent.

Hello, Is there a way to link sprint goals to project goals and to be able to report at project goals inline with aprint goals? Also, is there a way we can extend the coulmn width of Goal Column on Project Goals ? Goals with longer description get cut off. Fianlly, can we also add a feature to export these dashboards in a excel or pdf ? Thanks Parul

I really like the idea and product so far. Few things: - how can we prioritize goals? they seem to be in random order every time I open a page - we should be able to visualize issues from multiple projects that are under same epic on the Goal tracking. that be so huge'

The gadget is great for individual sprints, but not good enough if I want to see a dashboard of all sprints with their goals and story points per goal per sprint.

    Pricing FAQ

How does cloud app pricing work?

Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my cloud pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.

The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

Can I extend my free trial?

For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
