HelpCenter Corrector plugin hides links leading to the a HelpCenter on every page of ServiceDesk.

If a user tries to access a HelpCenter using the direct link he will be redirected to the URL specified on the a plugin settings page

Set restriction with the redirection URL for multiple groups at once.

The HelpCenter Corrector plugin allows you:

restrict access to the Jira Service Desk HelpCenter for specific user groups or for all users at once (works with RefinedTheme's for Jira Service Desk too)
hide the search bar on the Service Desk portals overview page
hide the search bar on the Customer Portal page.

Nice add-on for limiting the access to portals/Help Center and hiding search bar. Sadly after restricting access to Help Center front page, end users cannot create new tickets without starting to use end users group management. Multiple projects with different end users this becomes rather difficult to handle.

Installation

Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
Locate HelpCenter Corrector via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Jira instance.
Click Install to download and install your app.
You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
