GitHub 2 Way Integration for Jira

It's a great product in concept but had a lot of problems with it over the last year we used it where it starts creating and closing issues even with one way sync enabled. Had to manually close hundreds of issues and had our entire org get spammed with hundreds of emails. It seems to have stabilized for us but we treat it very gingerly.

Consistently difficult to work with - can't set users correctly, synced without asking, duplicated issues, can't stop sync once started, and generally difficult and unintuitive to use. Very disappointed, as this looked like a great tool to do what we need but unfortunately it does not do what it says on the tin.

Works great. Simple to setup, one of those "set it and forget it" kind of tools.
