Teamworkx Issue Picker for Jira

I evaluated it an found it to have these major constraints: 1. The selection are not accessible or searchable with JQL 2. Cannot use the selections with Automation. 3. Drop all selectable fields to the bottom of a Jira Service Management portal view. 4. An awkward implementation in the UI of the issue view. I uninstalled it after evaluation, because there were morel limitations than benefits.

Unable to evaluate as we could not get the field to display. Constantly received the following message even though the license was valid... -- A valid license is needed to use the Issue Picker for Jira. Check out the marketplace or the add-ons management section to purchase the plugin or get a trial version. -- Jira Cloud App key: de.catworkx.jira.plugins.cwx-issue-picker License details: Evaluation, License status: Valid

Very disappointed. The app works but some limitations were unknown. We've tried to workaround this with the help from support which is hard if they don't care to respond! They've been extremely unresponsive and not helpful at all. When they asked for additional details I responded within 30 minutes but heard nothing for days.. We have uninstalled the app 2 days before the trial ended.

Doesn't seem to work for portal users on cloud and no response to support ticket. Will revisit later if they improve it.
