Asana 2 Way Integration for Jira

Unito has enabled us to bridge the visibility gap within our company, while still allowing each department to remain on the tools they are most comfortable with. We've started with an Asana <> Jira sync, which has worked out great, but now we're eager to integrate our other tools. As great as the technology is, the customer service is even better. I would highly recommend Unito to anyone looking to improve efficiency and productivity across their business.

This tool is invaluable. It has saved me a lot of time and pays for itself every time. I'm a freelancer, and I have a couple of customers who use asana, however I use Jira. It allows the tasks to be entered into jira, without double entry and additionally the comments back and for are helpful was well. My customer really like that it prefixes the task with the jira key to keep track of the tasks as well.

Our teams are enabled to use their tool of choice, which leads to happier teams with seamless information flow. Unito makes this possible for our organization and is a no brainer as they continue to grow the product. Setup is easy and if any problems arise their customer service is quick to respond. It has been well worth the money.

We've been using Unito for about a six months to sync JIRA and Asana. Early on we tried multiple configurations to see what worked better, syncing just the current sprint, syncing the entire backlog, syncing only specific issue types, etc. From our perspective Unito's only limitations are those imposed by JIRA and Asana. It is a great tool and has allowed us to use JIRA for developers and Asana for less technical staff.

We're nuts... we use Jira, Asana, Wrike AND Gitlab. Unito is the ONLY way to sync between them all. Specifically, we use Jira Service Desk (we dont use Jira proper). Unito syncs both Jira and Service Desk to... all of them (including each other)! Also-- we were able to turn off the comments syncing so that our conversations in Asana stayed internal. I didn't want to carry licenses in multiple systems and also make my developers work in 2 different systems, so the sync was a must-have for both time and $$ savings. Worth the cost. Very configurable.
