Using this app you can send Confluence pages to other people by e-mail. This is an easy way to send news to your colleagues.
Multiple options to select recipients
You can choose various options to select the recipients. You can enter one or more e-mail addresses e.g. for external people. Also you can select confluence users and even groups as recipients.

Use the email scheduler to automatically schedule and send an email or use the repeat option to automatically send an email every day, week, or month at a desired time.

The E-Mail this Page app adds a new button to the page options of all Confluence pages, prompting a short dialogue to send the page via e-mail. You can select which users, user groups or external recipients the page is to be sent to. Via the app settings you can define custom css templates for every e-mail. All images are compressed and attached to the e-mail. This app is compatible with most default macros.
