Disable the Public access and Default permission settings for project and repository administrators
More details
This plugins disables the Public access and Default permission settings for project and repository administrators. It will also reject any attempts to change these settings through the REST or Plugin API.
Global and system administrators continue to have access to these settings.
By enforcing any permission configuration to be expressed in terms of explicit users or groups, the plugin can help preventing accidental policy violations.

Hi! Hmm... I don't observe any unexpected messages when I test the plugin.
The logging seems fine (even on DEBUG) and the only place in the UI that could potentially show a message is when you circumvent the disabled state of the permission elements and trick the browser into letting you click on those.
If you'd like this fixed, consider sharing your description, including what exactly that annoying message says, and, if applicable, any Java stacktrace or Javascript console output, on https://community.atlassian.com/
Thanks!
