Simply Forms for Confluence

I think given that the published feature isn't all that intuitive in terms of how the user is able to view the form, I was a bit disappointed. Which means, everyone would need to log into confluence to see which new surveys are required, as I thought this was sent via email like conventional forms. The form is easy to create, similar to wordpress form or html form.

  Thank you for your valuable feedback. There were some GDPR and security policies which preveneted us from capturing user's email address. Our team has worked hard in the past few months to overcome these privacy and compliance challenges.
