Is there a document describing the data handling between Atlassian Cloud and TEAMS cloud? Are all TEAMS queries performed directly against Atlassian Cloud or was any data transferred to TEAMS?

Doesn't quite meet my needs. Was hoping to use it as a quick view on project task status via a filter. But while I can see the tasks in the filter, the task view when selected displays only the description and comments. I can't see the subtask progress bar/list.

For our company both plugins (JIRA and Confluence) are completely useless. We have to reauthenticate every 1h. Even if that would work we are not able to edit the page inside of teams, but I am not sure if this is the Teams App or the Atlassian Apps. Said that, as long users have to log in every hour, why should I insert pages to teams? Here is the official statement of the support (so its no issue): ------------- Hello Stefan, I discussed this issue with the internal team and they informed that the app should log the user out after some period of inactivity, not several minutes, I tested it on my test site and I can confirm that I am able to use MS teams after 30 min inactivity, it seems we need to authenticate again after 1 hour. Please let me know if you have further questions.

Echoing what Steve asked in the last review... is this compatible with 8.14.0+, and if so, can you mark it as such? Also, the last release of this plugin for Jira server was back in May. Is this still an actively supported plugin? Thanks!

Can this please get marked as compatible with Jira 8.14, thanks. One criticism I have on this app is every single user has to know the auth ID code from Jira to be able to use a Jira Server tab in a Teams chat, ever if it was already added to the chat by someone else. Quite a pain for Team rooms.

Great app! I'm wondering if are you planning to consider ' 1. When selecting a filter in a teams tab, you could choose which columns to show. 2. When previewing the issue inside microsoft team, the ability to modify custom fields

Hi, We tested this integration and it was smooth; however we've security point-of-view question. 1.How JIRA is connecting - directly to MS Teams OR to the jiraserver-msteams-atlasian.com? 2. Who owns this jiraserver-msteams-atlasian.com? 3. What data is stored on above server? 4. What and where data is being stored at? 5. Can we get the architecture for the same.

Sorry but this App is not working for us, it only throws errors, connection is only working for some minutes than only Oops error occurred messages are poping up. Issue creation option is only throwing unhandled errors. So this App is really unstable and rare functionality that works is awful slow. Also it seems that nobody knows how exactly the traffic flow is. Because our Jira DC instances are not internet reachable but connection somehow rarely works (see above) but how could not be told to us by Atlassian.

This plugin cannot currently be used due to the bug that it has where hundreds/thousands of threads are spawned causing performance issues on Jira. Although it was reported many months back and despite the impact it has, no fix or expectation for a fix was provided. So, on all our customer environments we have disabled this integration which is so bad, given that we have as well MS Teams as one of our enterprise tools.

You can try load VM for you with Jira, block the connections with the help of firewall and add the hostname of the integration in whitelist.
