No problem adding to Teams as a new tab, but once you do there's no useful functionality - just a list of issues with the ability to sort? How is this supposed to be useful to an agile team?

    Hi Grant,

Thank you for your feedback. Please, be informed that besides the tabs, which you can add in your Channel, you may also use Messaging Extension that will help you to create and search issues. Moreover, there is a possibility to have Personal Tab with the help of which you have access to conversation with Bot, Assigned to you and Reported by yourself issues and to your Filters. In addition, you may use Bot in both: Channel and Personal Tabs. If you have any questions or concerns, please, contact our support team at MicrosoftTeamsIntegrationsSupport@softserveinc.com and provide us with more details and screenshots of the problem you experienced, so we could resolve the issue for you and prevent anyone else from encountering the same problem.

This does not seem to support a Kanban-board view, which makes it pretty useless.

Webhooks work well, tabs are fine too but displaying boards would be much better. I am not able to connect with the bot. I clicked authorized send proper Jira id. Teams (freemium) asked me to log in with the Admin account, what I did, clicked yes to authorized connection from the Jira server. In the end, I got an error message {"error": "An unhandled error occurred. We are working on it!"} Our Jira server is in version 7.5.1 Does it work only with office 365 premium?

    Hello Szymon!

Thank you for the question. We are sorry to let you know that Microsoft Teams for Jira Server plugin was developed to work with Microsoft Office 365 with Business license or Enterprise Office 365 only. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the stable work of the plugin with other versions of Microsoft Office 365.

The full documentation on the plugin can be checked here.

    Kind regards,

Can we configure the fields that can be displayed in the filters in Teams? Currently, it displays only Key, Summary, Assignee, Reporter, Priority, Status, Created and Updated. It does not provide us the ability to customize the displayed fields.

Followed the walthrough after installing the app in jira, but the integrator within teams just tells me "Application link has not been created", although it is there. No response from SoftServe support.

I met with Microsoft at the Atlassian Conference and it was my impression that the Teams Jira Server version would be able to create and edit from teams. It was demo'd for me there. Is this not available for the Server version?

Team, I tried reaching out to you via email (microsoftteamsintegrationssupport@softserveinc.com), but failed to get a response. According to your documentation, there are a lot of IPs and URLs that need to be white-listed for the integration between JIRA server and Microsoft Teams. Do you own those IPs or they belong to Microsoft? Is there any way to shortlist the IPs or DNSs? Also, can we just use DNS (using wildcards) instead of IPs ? Please advise.
