This was working really well, but it suddenly stopped working. It seems the "Jira Cloud" connector app has been removed from the list in Teams, and I can't find any information on why it was removed, if it's coming back or if I'm meant to migrate to a different app.

Works great! One thing to keep in mind is that there's the need to create a webhook for every single project you'd want to link to a specific MS Teams channel. Bit of a nuisance, but if you're aware that this is the way, there's no issue at all. Jira notifications arrive neatly in Teams, as well as backlog / sprints / etc. Good work SoftServe!

Seems to be working excellent. What we miss is a clear method to setup the link between a Teams channel and the Jira project. Currently we see notifications of Project X coming in Channel Y, and i can't seem to fix that. How can this be achieved?

It's a decent connector. The only thing missing is the ability to display any custom fields in Teams

I met with Microsoft at the Atlassian Conference and it was my impression that the Teams Jira Server version would be able to create and edit from teams. It was demo'd for me there. Is this not available for the Server version?

This works well but what about two way interaction, for instance being able to create an Issue in Jira from MS Teams? In slack with use /jira createissue
