    When asked to 'Enter a unique ID for Jira instance'. I do it. Then I get prompt: Please enter a valid unique ID for Jira instance. So I am stuck in an endless loop. This is the valid ID from System Info screen in JIRA. I'd change my review if this actually worked and I can 'find out' if it's good. Right now, I can't even get off the ground.

    I really want to use this integration, but for now I find it more productive to continue using a web browser while working within our Jira instance. Below are some recommendations for improvement, take them as you will. * Performance - loading pages/tabs/issues is slow. * Cannot "pin" saved filters on the my filters tab, so you always have to set the filter whenever you leave/return to the tab * No "Active Sprint" view or tab. * No support for keyboard shortcuts. * The Issue View: ** popup window is small, it can scale horizontally ** ability to move/drag around the screen would be nice ** limited information presented, e.g. no linked tickets or pages ** cannot create new issue and link against current/viewing issue * Assigned to Me filtering- ability to refine or search within filters (Assignee/Status/etc), filter out "Not Done" or Resolved.

    We have recently configured Jira Cloud App on MS teams recently, while Assigned to me, Reported by me, My filters works fine but “Create issue” is not working.

    Followed the walthrough after installing the app in jira, but the integrator within teams just tells me "Application link has not been created", although it is there. No response from SoftServe support.

    I met with Microsoft at the Atlassian Conference and it was my impression that the Teams Jira Server version would be able to create and edit from teams. It was demo'd for me there. Is this not available for the Server version?

    This works well but what about two way interaction, for instance being able to create an Issue in Jira from MS Teams? In slack with use /jira createissue
