Hi Adam, Can you list out the steps and where you get stuck or reach out to Dropbox support?

Clearly doesn't work. You'd think Dropbox could figure this out.

By far one of thee worst experiences I've ever had with an API. If you're a developer and (or) PM chances are you probably have more than one dropbox account right? Personal, Work, Clients, Etc..... Well, make sure you connect the right one. You only get ONE chance or else you're screwed. There is no disconnect account button and (or) trigger because whoever wrote this wonderful little API probably didn't think about adding fail-safes in the event someone wanted to disconnect their account or even... add a different account... My logic is pretty straightforward.... I need to discount the API because I accidentally connected the wrong dropbox account. Because there's no disconnect trigger and (or) button in Jira to let me do so, I then am forced to hop over to the connected apps setting in my dropbox account and unlink my account from Jira. Great, jira is now unliked. I now will head back over to Jira and re-add my account..... You think this would work, right?... NOPE But wait... What about uninstalling and reinstalling Dropbox (in Jira)...... NOPE over it...... I build my own and make sure this

Hi Chris, my assumption is that you were still auth'd on the Dropbox side. If you go to Dropbox.com=> settings=> connected apps, you should be able to disconnect the Jira app and then go through the on-boarding flow again to connect the appropriate account/folders.

The app is displaying an advertisment-like call-to-action button in every issue !! even if the issue is not linked to a dropbox file. Uninstalled it in the same day.

Hi Mohammend, the concept for the integration is that you can link unique files to each issue. If your use case doesn't have this need you can minimize the plug-in, to hide the action to link file(s) on the issue (just like one can with the native attachment section).
