To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Gantt Charts for Structure PPM (Jira Roadmaps) by Tempo app on our Jira Cloud site. The Problem We purchased and installed this app (Standard plan, 37 users). The subscription is active, the billing is confirmed, and the app appears as connected in our site's admin settings. Everything on our end has been set up correctly. However, the app simply does not appear anywhere usable in our Jira instance. Specifically: It does not appear in the left sidebar under "Your apps" It does not appear as a tab in any project's top navigation bar (including under the "More" overflow menu) It does not appear in the project settings under "Features" It does not appear in the project settings under "Apps" In short: we are paying for an app that is completely invisible and entirely unusable. What We Tried We exhausted every reasonable avenue to locate and access this app: Checked the left sidebar app list — not there Checked the project top navigation tabs — not there Expanded the "More" menu (which had 4 hidden tabs) — not there Checked Project Settings → Features — not there Checked Project Settings → Apps — not there Verified the subscription in Atlassian billing — active and being charged Verified the app connection in Site Settings → Connected Apps — connected and showing 1 active connection Despite all of the above confirming that the app is installed, paid for, and connected, there is zero indication within the actual Jira user interface of where or how to access this app. No onboarding prompt, no entry point, no documentation link — nothing. Our Assessment This is an unacceptable user experience. Whether this is a bug in Jira's app integration framework or a bug in the Tempo plugin itself, the result is the same: a paying customer cannot use the product they paid for, and there is no clear guidance on how to resolve it. We spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting this issue — time that was entirely wasted. An app that charges money but provides no visible or accessible entry point in the host platform is, frankly, defective. Our Decision We have decided to uninstall this app immediately and request a full refund for the current billing period. We will not be renewing this subscription.

Hi Colin,
Thank you for the detailed feedback - paying for something and having no way to access it is a genuinely frustrating experience, and we're sorry it came to that.
Prerequisite we haven't made visible enough: Gantt Charts for Structure PPM requires the Structure for Jira app to be installed and active first. Without it, the Gantt module has no surface to appear on in Jira — which is exactly the invisible experience you encountered. This isn't clearly communicated during setup, and that's something we need to fix.
If you'd like to give it another go:
1. Install Structure for Jira from the Marketplace (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/34717/structure-for-jira-project-management)
2. Install Gantt Charts for Structure
3. Full setup guidance: https://help.tempo.io/gantt/latest/getting-started-with-gantt-charts-for-structure#Learn-More
For setup help or to address your billing questions, please reach our support team via the Support Portal or through the Support tab on the Marketplace listing.
We understand if you've already made your decision, and we respect it. If there's any chance to earn back your trust, we're ready to help!
Julia,
Structure Product Manager.

Up-to-date Project Plans and great planning tool. In big global projects there are so many actors in different workstreams, that keeping an overview is a challenge. Structure brings order to the chaos. When creating Jira tickets instead of writing isolated to do lists, the timeline dependencies and blocking issues get obvious. The Gantt Chart highlights conflicts. Every stakeholder can directly see, where the bottlenecks are. The Structure Gantt Chart tool fosters better transparency and faster feedback by directly reacting on the blocking issues. In combination with the roadmap tool e.g. by filtering the issues by a label, you can easily create timelines and overviews to be shared with the top management.

Game changer! I've tried many, many Jira apps and secondary scheduling softwares over the past 11+ years of using Jira Cloud and this is quite simply the best!
