The Troubleshooting and Support Tools app helps you identify and fix issues with your application, and contact Atlassian Support when you need help.
The Instance Health checks indicate any problems with your Jira Instance and link you through to documentation for troubleshooting tips.
In a single click, the Log Analyzer scanner will match error messages and problem descriptions from your logs with bug reports and knowledge base articles. With the power of Log Analyzer, you can find solutions to problems in seconds.
You can also create support zips and send them to our support team that’ll help you diagnose and troubleshoot detected issues.
You'll be able to plan your upgrade to the desired version of the app with tailored upgrade steps. This is available in System > Applications > Plan your upgrade.
Finally, when you need our help, you can quickly create an Atlassian support ticket with attached logs and configuration files, so we can help you solve the problem.
